Guest Attendance Guidelines

✅ Allowed Events:

Guests are permitted at all events and workshops, with the exception of Reel Recordings.

🚫 Reel Recordings:

No guests are allowed inside the Reel Recording sessions.

Minors may be accompanied by their parents but parents will not be allowed in the recording area.

✅ Guest Allowance Per Talent:

Talent: Allowed 1 guest.

Minors (under 18): Allowed both parents.

Seating & Standing Policy

⚠ Seating is Limited:

Parents and guests should be prepared to stand in some instances due to limited seating availability.

Early arrival is encouraged for the best seating options.

Final Reminders

✔ Follow all guest and attendance policies to ensure a smooth event experience.

✔ Be mindful of space limitations and prepared for standing when necessary.

✔ Respect the no guest policy for Reel Recordings.

📍 Dress Code:

✅ Wear an all-black outfit (NOT your trendy all-black outfit for reel recording).

✅ This should be a separate all-black outfit specifically for Friday’s events.

Photo Shoot Instructions

Arrival Guidelines-

Clothing: Wear comfortable clothing upon arrival (DO NOT arrive in your photoshoot outfit).
Makeup:
- If you are good with makeup, please arrive with your foundation already applied.
- If you are not proficient in makeup, do not apply any makeup beforehand.
Hair: Arrive with your hair fully prepared and styled.

Clothing Guidelines

✅ Allowed Attire:

Solid colors only (No prints, patterns, logos, or plaids)
Clothing should be neatly placed (either on hangers or folded)

🚫 Not Allowed:

Crop tops
Dirty sneakers

Jewelry Guidelines

✅ Permitted Jewelry:

Wedding rings & engagement rings
Women may wear small stud earrings

🚫 Not Allowed:

Nose rings, eyebrow rings, lip rings
Multiple earrings (more than one per ear)

Nail Guidelines (For Ladies)

✅ Allowed Nail Colors:

Natural
Nude
French cut

🚫 Not Allowed:

Bright or flashy nail colors

Runway Refinement Workshop Instructions

Bring and wear Runway Shoes that resemble the required runway shoes listed on your resource page.

Ensure your shoes are comfortable enough for extended wear and practice.

🚫 Not Allowed:

Jewelry or accessories of any kind (including watches, bracelets, rings, or necklaces).

Improper footwear that does not align with the required runway shoe guidelines.

Outfit: Arrive in an all-black trendy outfit.
Hair & Makeup:
- Arrive hair and makeup ready (both must be fully done before arrival).
Accessories: No accessories allowed.
Jewelry Rules: Same as photoshoot rules:
✅ Allowed: Wedding rings, engagement rings, and small stud earrings for women.
🚫 Not Allowed: Nose rings, eyebrow rings, lip rings, multiple earrings, or other visible piercings.

Your scene recording outfit is chosen by you but must appropriately represent the character you were assigned to play.

🚫 Not Allowed:

Attire that does not align with your assigned character.
Excessive accessories or clothing that may distract from your performance.
